Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at uivywang@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Uivy will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., "don't like it," "ordered wrong color"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
